PAL helps area youth develop positive relationships with police officers, volunteers, and their peers. The Norristown Area Police Athletic League (PAL) is a time tested athletic, recreation and educational program that helps build character and maturity in young people. Since 1976, PAL has served thousands of area youth in a variety of programs. An annual membership at Norristown PAL is: • Youth (ages 8 to 18): $10 • 3 or more children from the same household: $25 A membership application is available in PDF format by clicking here. Members will receive a card that must be presented to gain access to the PAL center. You must be a member of PAL to participate in leagues, classes, or programs. PAL members must also pay any fees for classes or programs that they would like to participate in. The PAL center is located in the old Stewart National Guard Armory building near the Elmwood Park/Zoo/Sports Complex.
