PAL is as only as strong as its volunteers.

Opportunities are always available for coaches, instructors, chaperones, tutors, and helpers. We'll train you to help the area's youth.

PAL is a registered non-profit organization and gladly accepts monetary contributions and donated goods in clean, working order.

PAL currently is seeking: Tennis rackets, Lacrosse Equipment, Balls, Hockey Sticks/Helmets, Bats/gloves/Helmets, and Fitness Equipment.
