| The Harry P. Mirabile, Sr. Scholarship The Police Athletic League of Norristown honors the memory of former Director Harry P. Mirabile, Sr. by awarding yearly a scholarship to at least one student who is pursuing post secondary education either at a college or trade school. The value of the scholarship will be a minimum of $500. Applicants must have volunteered at Norristown PAL at some time in the two years prior to applying.
